What is the Quality Home Designs process?

The first step in bringing your dream home to reality is to organize and document your needs, desires and dreams by filling out the Dream Home Questionnaire.

Mail or fax your completed Questionnaire to Quality Home Designs. We will review your information and contact you with feedback and any questions.

Once we have completed this initial "Getting to know each other," your choice to proceed will start with:

Phase 1 - the Conceptual Design of our Teamwork Approach. This is the time for brainstorming, drafting, reviewing and providing the resulting drawings that represent your needs and dreams.

On completion and your approval of the Conceptual Design, we will undertake:

Phase 2 - the Comprehensive Design. This is a responsive process that fine-tunes your vision and leads to the creation of the drawings that will be needed by your builder.

During each of these phases, your satisfaction is guaranteed. A successful design depends on close collaboration, open communications, and trust. Through the highly interactive Quality Home Designs approach, the resulting home design will truly reflect your dreams.
